The Superior Court of Mason County has directed the undersigned Sheriff of Mason County to sell the property described below to satisfy a judgment in the above-entitled action.  If developed, the property address is:

All that portion of Government Lot one (1), Section six (6), Township twenty one (21) North, Range three (3) West, W.M., particularly described as follows:

COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of Government Lot two (2) of said Section six (6); thence West, along the North line of said Government Lot two (2), 650 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract of land hereby described; thence North parallel to the East line of said Government Lot one (1), 180 feet; thence West, parallel to the South line of said Government Lot one (1), to the West line of said Government Lot one (1); thence Southerly along said West line, to an intersection with the North line of the South 40 feet of said Government Lot one (1); thence East, along said North line, to the Easterly right-of-way line of State Route 106; thence Southerly, along said Easterly right-of-way line, to an intersection with the North line of the South 30 feet of said Government Lot one (1); thence East, along said North line, to a point thereon 950 feet West of the East line of said Government Lot one (1); thence South, parallel to said East line, to the South line of said Government Lot one (1); thence Easterly along said South line, 300 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;

EXCEPTING therefrom, all that portion thereof which lies within that portion of the North 15 feet of the South 55 feet of said Government Lot one (1) which lies Westerly of the Westerly right-of-way line of State Route 106.

TOGETHER WITH all tidelands of the second-class, formerly owned by the State of Washington, lying in front of, adjacent to, or abutting upon the above described uplands; excepting therefrom, that portion thereof, if any, which lies within a tract of tidelands conveyed to the State Department of Game in instrument recorded November 20, 1947, Auditor’s File No. 122205.

TOGETHER WITH a perpetual easement and right-of-way for a roadway, 15 feet in width, “as the same is now constructed and in use” as reserved in instrument recorded April 25, 1941, Auditor’s File No. 97564.
