The Superior Court of Mason County has directed the undersigned Sheriff of Mason County to sell the property described below to satisfy a judgment in the above-entitled action.  If developed, the property address is:

430 NE Horseshoe Dr, Belfair WA  98528

All that portion of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of Section nine (9), Township twenty three (23) North, Range two (2) West, W.M., particularly described as follows:

COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of said Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4); thence South 02°14'32" East, along said West line of said subdivision, 620.25 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract of land hereby described; thence continue South 02°14'32" East, along said West line, 310.13 feet, thence South 87°35'24" East, 752.84 feet; thence North 02°17'38" West, 311.47 feet; thence North 87°41'23" West 752.45 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

TOGETHER WITH a perpetual, non-exclusive easement for ingress, egress, drainage and utility purposes, 60 feet in width, as shown on survey recorded October 22, 1979, in Volume 5 of Surveys, page 138, Auditor's File No. 368714 and as described in instrument recorded October 26, 1979, Auditor's File No. 369021.

TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO a perpetual, non-exclusive easement for ingress, egress, drainage and utility purposes, 60 feet in width as shown on survey recorded July 28, 1980, in Volume 7 of Surveys, page 17, Auditor's File No. 379318, as described in instruments recorded August 3, 1981, Auditor's File No. 393877, and recorded November 13, 1984, Auditor's File No. 434709.
