During the first week of this month, October 2014, property owners in the Agate area reported that two unknown men were seen going onto the victim’s property and stealing a brand new generator.  The adult males were described as one white male and one Hispanic looking male.

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office has received several complaints regarding an unknown person identifying themselves as a Law Enforcement Officer working in the Warrants Division of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office, advising the receiver of the call that there is a warrant for their arrest and if they do not provide their credit card information to pay for the warrant, bail, etc., then they will be arrested and taken to jail. THIS TYPE OF CALL IS A SCAM!

Yesterday, Sunday, September 7, 2014, at 1148 hours, the Mason County Sheriff’s Office received a call that a 45 year old Shelton man with multiple arrest warrants, was currently located at a residence within the 100 block of E. Spencer Glen Drive, Shelton, which was also in violation of a court order.

The Mason County Coroner Wes Stockwell has identified the victim of last night’s fatal shooting as Patrick Joseph Frender, age 47, of Allyn, WA.

The Mason County Prosecutor Michael Dorcy has identified the suspect of last night’s fatal shooting as Sarah Joclyn Olivas, age 34, of Shelton, WA.
