Donald FAWVER has recently moved to Mason County and is required to register as a sex offender due to multiple sex offense convictions. In May 1986, FAWVER pled guilty to Indecent Liberties, Kitsap County Superior Court cause # 85-1-00708-3. According to court documentation, when FAWVER was 31 years old, he sexually abused, assaulted and raped an 8 year old little girl on multiple occasions. This little girl was known to FAWVER. In September 1989, FAWVER pled guilty to Rape of a Child 3rd Degree, Kitsap County Superior Court cause # 89-1-00233-5. This conviction stems from FAWVER at age 35, raping a 15 year old neighborhood girl. According to a psychological evaluation, FAWVER admitted that when he was 17 years old, he had sexual contacts with a 10 year old little girl, and four 15 or 16 year old girls. FAWVER has an extensive criminal history to include Arson 1st Degree, Delivery of Meth, Possession of Meth, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Malicious Mischief DV, Theft 3rd Degree, Assault 4th Degree, Soliciting Prostitution, and DWLS 3rd. Due to these factors he is considered a HIGH RISK.
FAWVER is assessed by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office as a Level 3 Sex Offender. This is the highest level given to a Sex Offender, meaning that the subject is at a HIGH RISK to re-offend. NOTE: FAWVER is not on DOC Supervision.
